Ladypace Fitness Club offers women the ultimate 30 minute total body workout. Our 16 station HIIT circuit is designed to improve fitness, maximise inch loss and fat loss and work all the major muscle groups to sculpt and tone the whole body!
 
  • Train Harder

    The resistance machines are easy to use and work at least two muscle groups at the same time, allowing you to train harder but smarter in half the time. 

  • All Fitness Levels

    Each individual machine has six adjustable levels of resistance, so you can increase or decrease the intensity of your exercise program at any time. This is precisely why the Ladypace workout is ideal for ladies of all ages and fitness levels.

  • Fat Burning

    In between the eight hydraulic machines there are 8 cardio stations (steps and squares) which are used to raise or lower the heart rate to ensure you are training effectively in the fat burning zone for the entire 30 minutes.
